1. Driver’s Age & Experience

To rent a car with us, the primary driver and any additional drivers must be at least 21 years old and have held a valid driving license for a minimum of 2 years. Drivers under 25 may be subject to a young driver daily fee depending on the vehicle category selected.Our fast online booking system ensures you spend less time handling paperwork and more time enjoying the open road. 2. Required Documentation at Pick-up

Upon collecting your vehicle at Alicante Airport or our Torrevieja desk, you must present: a valid physical Driving License (and an International Driving Permit if your license is from outside the EU/UK), a valid Passport or ID card, and the original Credit or Debit card used for the online booking.

3. Payment Methods & Security Deposits

We accept all major Visa and Mastercard credit cards. Debit cards are also fully accepted provided you select our 'Full Peace of Mind' protection package. A temporary security deposit block (authorization hold) will be placed on your card at pick-up and fully released immediately upon the safe return of the vehicle.

4. Transparent Fuel Policy

All our vehicles are delivered to you with a completely full tank of fuel. You simply need to return it just as full. There are no refueling service charges or hidden fuel markup fees. If the car is returned with less fuel, the cost of the missing fuel plus a standard refueling fee will apply.

5. Insurance Coverages & Excess

Our standard rate includes basic Third-Party Liability cover with a compulsory excess (franchise). For total relaxation on the Costa Blanca roads, we highly recommend upgrading to our 'Full Peace of Mind' coverage, which eliminates the excess entirely and covers damage to wheels, glass, and mirrors, alongside 24/7 priority roadside assistance.

6. Mileage & Border Crossing

All rentals include unlimited mileage across the Valencian Community and neighboring Spanish regions. Driving the vehicle outside of mainland Spain (including crossing borders into Portugal, France, or taking the car via ferry to the Balearic Islands) is strictly prohibited unless expressly authorized in writing by our team.
